What are the General Trading Terms and Conditions?
For your and our security, our retail store is under camera surveillance recording, so please smile :)
We do reserve the right of admission to our premises (but never refused entry yet)
Honesty, respect and transparency is part of our mission to ensure you a wonderful shopping experience with us.
We assemble computers with pride (and at no extra labour cost)
For Technical Services a Book-in or Consultation fee is payable immediately and pricing is printed and displayed at the front desk
Items booked in for technical assistance will be worked on at the owner's risk. The owner of the item(s) must ensure to have insurance cover should anything happen to the item(s) whilst in our or our supplier's possession.
We won't charge storage, but we donate to charity, so please collect promptly (yes we really do - also bring your old electronics, toys, clothing, etc. )
We strive to only supply products of quality and value, backed by our supplier warranties. 
Product warranties are honored by our suppliers who will at their sole discretion repair or replace the item(s) in concern (within 21 working days, but mostly sorted in under 10 days) 
Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase - without it we will still help you, it might just take longer...
Support on illegal or pirated software will not be provided
Should you wish to return I.T. related items, please do so within 48hours and we will refund, exchange or credit the item  for you provided that the product is unopened and in good condition. We will use our discretion if the item was opened, but it may also involve that the item will be sent back to the supplier for proper testing due the the nature of our products (electronic).
